Balancing these evenly is such a big challenge. Real life tells me that I need to study, be involved in the community, and be better for my future. That's all good and well, but kids and teens these don't really get a "real" childhood anymore. Video games become addicting at some point. I know I've sunken over $500 in the last year alone. I really want to break this habit, but when parents tell you can't go out; what is a person who is bored to do? Here is where art comes in; stress relief yet hard work. i find that happily ironic. Although I've only been here a couple of months; getting views is becoming disheartening. I always see people who have been on for about 3-5 months who have thousands of page views. I always wondered what the difference between me, and them were. I really noticed that those who do photography get a lot of views. Yes I get that you are technically creating something that is art, but it really makes a traditional artist like me feel like I'm wasting time. I mean; if a person can call a photo (good or bad) art; why do I spend so much time laboring over a piece of paper for? i don't condemn those who do take photography; it just seems to make oth
